A letter of appreciation-
I am writing this letter as a token of my appreciation for realtor Jack Mangra. Jack works with Remax Homes in Queens, New York and was inducted into the prestigious Remax Hall of Fame.
My father-in-law is nearly 93-years old and was no longer able to take care of himself, or his home of many years. His son, George, who had lived with him, had died of a massive heart attack just shortly before we commissioned Mr. Mangra. Jack was able to sell the house after committing himself on our behalf to do so. With the house in poor condition, Jack was able to have it 'spruced' up to meet the buyer's expectations. Although it did not command the price given to other houses in the area because of its original poor condition, he was able to find a satisfied buyer. The money for the house will be able to guarantee that my father-in-law will be able to obtain long term care for his frail medical condition should he need it.
I personally want to thank Jack Mangra again for all his efforts on behalf of our family.

This is just to let you know that my father-in-law, Hugo Cardel, passed away last Thursday. We had services for him down here in Virginia on Saturday and his remains arrived on Long Island for burial today. He lived a year longer than expected thanks to the money he received for the sale of his house, as that paid for his cancer treatments and burial. Thank you so much for all the help that you gave to us. I am sure that he had appreciated all that you have done.
Many thanks again,
